Reiki Sessions
Come and experience the natural, safe, relaxing and uplifting healing of Reiki. You will feel a sense of relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Reiki Classes
Want to learn how to do Reiki on yourself and your friends and family? In this class you will receive hands on training that includes instruction, meditation, and plenty of practice. You will feel the energy move through you, while experiencing a deeper awareness of self in divine love.
Guided Meditation
Meditation is known to relieve depression, lighten ones spirit, uplift mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and benefit brain health and memory. Come to be uplifted and experience a visual guided meditation, releasing what does not belong to you, and filling up with the connection to a higher power.
